CliQr Appoints Aidan Cullen as Chief Financial Officer

Seasoned Executive Brings Over Two Decades of Industry Leadership Experience to Fast-Growth Application-Defined Cloud Management Leader

Santa Clara, Calif., July 9, 2015 – CliQr, the leading application-defined cloud management platform provider, today announces the appointment of Aidan Cullen as its chief financial officer (CFO). In this role, Cullen will oversee the company’s financial strategy and operations as it supports continued growth, international expansion and product development to address customer demand for the industry’s ever-changing cloud requirements.

“This is an exciting time for CliQr, and we are thrilled to have Aidan Cullen join us and guide us towards our next stage of expansion,” says Gaurav Manglik, co-founder and CEO at CliQr. “The complexity and availability of multiple cloud platforms today has created a huge demand and clear market opportunity for CliQr, driving both our domestic and international business. As part of our commitment to meet the demands of global customers and create technology to support a multi-cloud strategy from start to finish, we welcome Cullen’s magnitude of experience to provide financial, strategic and operational leadership to CliQr.”

Cullen brings to CliQr more than 25 years of experience in executive finance positions at global software, networking and telecommunication technology companies. He helped companies scale to significant growth, establish business processes and systems and execute towards an exit strategy. He comes to CliQr after serving as a consulting CFO with Kranz & Associates supporting a range of start-ups to late stage companies, including SugarCRM, H2O and Netspeed Systems. Previously, he served as CFO at Gigamon, where he managed and oversaw finance, planning and operations and scaled the company to its S1 filing from 2010 to 2012. As CFO of Sylantro Systems, he oversaw the company’s merger with Broadsoft, and, as CFO of Tasman Networks, he oversaw its merger with Nortel Networks. He has held executive positions with several other public and private technology companies and earned his MBA from Northeastern University.

“I am excited to join CliQr and be part of its leadership team,” says Aidan Cullen. “CliQr is a company with tremendous capabilities, very talented people and a proven technology that is addressing a significant problem in the rapidly growing cloud-computing market. I see great opportunity to continue to build on the company’s success.”
