You will be responsible for writing, building and running test cases during each Dev-QA sprint cycle. You will also be working closely with our Product Management and Support teams in understanding customer requirements and building test cases accordingly.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in black box and/or white box testing.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with UI automation tools like Selenium Web Driver, Cucumber/Watir.

We are seeking a Front End UI Developer strong in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 to build highly responsive, data driven enterprise class UIs for our CloudCenter Manager component. The role combines both visual design and front-end coding in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining web-based application interfaces.

As a member of the customer technical services team and reporting to the director of technical sales, you will be responsible for teaming with your sales counterparts and articulating the technical features, value proposition and differentiators of CliQr's CloudCenter product suite. You will also be a key point of customer contact from a post-sales perspective, working to ensure our customers are successful with their deployments and receive exemplary customer service.

Primary Responsibilities: 
Pre-Sales

  • Act as an integral member of the sales team, taking responsibility for closing business from a technical perspective. Play a key role in the qualification of opportunities, formulation of sales strategies and execution of technical tactics.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospects and customers.
  • Present and demonstrate the technical features, benefits and differentiators of CliQr's CloudCenter product suite via face-to-face customer interaction, webinars, trade shows, etc.
  • Design and deliver customer/prospect POC's.
  • Respond to technical RFP's and or RFI's.
  • Train and support CliQr's indirect channel partners.
  • Act as a product enhancement feedback loop with product management and engineering.
  • Help with development of internal and customer facing documentation.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of five years experience selling into F1000 enterprises in a software consulting and/or sales engineering role in similar or related fields (cloud management, systems management, PaaS).
  • Deep knowledge of cloud computing and technologies like AWS, VMware, OpenStack is a must.
  • Knowledge of software application frameworks.
  • Expert knowledge in cloud infrastructure concepts.
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal communication/relationship skills.

User Experience Designer

We are seeking a User Experience Designer to lead design for our CloudCenter Manager web application. CloudCenter Manager is the interface to our sophisticated, enterprise-grade platform for migrating, governing, and managing cloud software. As our first designer, we’ll count on you to help make our product UI efficient and intuitive.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Lead interaction design, visual design, and copywriting for our CloudCenter Manager web application.
  • Work directly with our CEO, engineers, product managers, and sales team.
  • Organize and conduct user studies to validate design decisions and discover opportunities.
  • Apply and extend our visual style and brand.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience designing web applications.
  • Excellent interaction design skills.
  • Strong portfolio of web application design work (and details about your contributions).
  • Work on-site at our office in Santa Clara, CA.
