We wanted to deliver a simple platform that makes cloud computing open, easy and efficient by focusing on the application, not just infrastructure.
Gaurav Manglik, CEO
Time to re-Think. In 2010, two guys who worked at VMware together noticed that existing cloud management tools forced applications to individually conform to various clouds: for the cloud to scale, this had to change.
Gaurav Manglik and Tenry Fu, understood that while the cloud had the potential to reinvent the way companies think about information technology, the variety of new and existing applications and the presence and rapid evolution of unique private and public clouds, there needed to be a simple way of getting the applications to natively work across a variety of clouds, unaltered, coupled with a logical collection of management functions uniquely required for this new world of the hybrid cloud.
As CEO and co-founder, Gaurav Manglik leads the strategic and operational direction of CliQr Technologies. Prior to starting CliQr Technologies, Gaurav was a senior engineer at VMware where he spearheaded initiatives around policy-driven cloud-computing.
CTO and Co-founder, Tenry Fu holds many patents related to cloud management, distributed systems and network security. Tenry has a rich history of working on innovative products including VMware’s policy-driven datacenter initiative and McAfee’s ePolicy Orchestrator.
