CliQr is currently seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join our team in Santa Clara, Calif. As a member of the customer success team and reporting to the director of customer success, you will be responsible for teaming with your support counterparts and troubleshooting the various issues that our clients face with our CliQr’s Cloud Center product suite.
We are seeking a User Experience Designer to lead design for our platform. CloudCenter Manager is the interface to our sophisticated, enterprise-grade platform for migrating, governing, and managing cloud software. As our first designer, we’ll count on you to help make our product UI efficient and intuitive.
We're looking for energetic software engineers to join our back-end engineering team with background in software design principles of distributed systems, algorithms, data structures, optimization as well as essential performance tuning/testing in distributed computing framework.
As a member of the customer technical services team and reporting to the director of technical sales, you will be responsible for teaming with your sales counterparts and articulating the technical features, value proposition and differentiators of CliQr's CloudCenter product suite. You will also be a key point of customer contact from a post-sales perspective, working to ensure our customers are successful with their deployments and receive exemplary customer service.
We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer for testing our enterprise class CloudCenter manager and orchestrator cloud software. You will be responsible for writing, building and running test cases during each Dev-QA sprint cycle. You will also be working closely with our Product Management and Support teams in understanding customer requirements and building test cases accordingly.
